2+ years of leadership/management experience in education or tutoring
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage staff, scheduling, and student progress

Experience teaching or tutoring Math, Reading, or enrichment subjects
Ability to create engaging, small-group lessons tailored to student needs
