Meet Silvia Simpson, M.S., SLP
Silvia Simpson is a bilingual speech-language pathologist and the founder of Song in Your Heart Therapy Center. She earned her Master’s degree from Texas Woman’s University and brings experience from educational and medical settings, including schools, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
Her connection to speech therapy is also deeply personal. After receiving speech therapy herself as a child, Silvia began her career as a bilingual teacher before becoming a speech-language pathologist. Her experience as a mother to a child with special needs further inspired her vision to create a practice where children and families feel supported as they work toward their communication goals.
Silvia incorporates music, books, movement, and engaging activities into therapy and believes every child has something meaningful to communicate a “song in their heart” waiting to be shared.
She is licensed to provide speech therapy in Texas and Arizona and offers teletherapy services.
